Definitions
"Event" shall mean CeBIT Australia, including the exhibitions, conferences, workshops and ICT Dinner, which will take place on 28 - 30 May, at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, Sydney, Australia. “Organiser" shall mean Hannover Fairs Australia Pty Ltd.Prices

Super Saver and Early Bird discount prices apply for the Event if on-line registration and payment is completed before midnight on the following specified dates, or if the manual registration form is correctly completed and submitted with full and correct payment to the Organiser before 5pm on the following specified dates.- Super Saver discount for CeBIT Australia expires on Friday 15 February 2013.
- Early Bird discount for CeBIT Australia expires on Friday 5 April 2013.
- Standard Price discount for CeBIT Australia expires on Friday 24 May 2013 5pm.
- CeBIT Week price applies from 5pm on Friday 24 May and continue for the duration of the event.
Exhibition Cost
Exhibition fee ($90+GST on site, and $40 + GST when registering on-line) is waived if on-line registration is completed before midnight on the specified Early Bird Date. Free exhibition entry is provided when booking any of the conferences, Gold Pass or Platinum Pass. If the exhibition is booked and paid for first, and subsequently a conference (including Gold Pass and Platinum Pass) is booked, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.Gold Pass
The Gold Pass provides entry for one person to the exhibition for all three days plus three conferences of your choice, or two conferences and two workshops and the exhibition. The ICT Dinner is not included in the Gold Pass. Gold Pass is not transferable.Platinum Pass
The Platinum Pass provides entry to one person to the exhibition for all three days plus all conferences and workshops. The Platinum Pass also provides the option of one seat at the ICT Dinner, but you must contact the Organiser to secure your seat. Platinum Pass is not transferable.Payment Policy
Payment for the Conferences and Dinner is due in full at the time of registration and includes lunches, refreshments and conference materials. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation. For bookings made on or before Friday 11 May, if full payment is not received by 5pm on Friday 11 May, the attendee registration may be cancelled and the Organiser reserves the right to claim all payment due otherwise. For bookings made after Friday 11 May, if payment is not received the same day then the attendee registration may be cancelled and the Organiser reserves the right to claim all payment due otherwise.Cancellation and Substitution
This Event is organised by Hannover Fairs Australia who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the Exhibition, conference, networking events to any entity or individual. Hannover Fairs Australia's receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Application and payments that are not accepted will be returned.No refunds will be made for cancellations. If you are unable to attend the Event and wish to substitute another attendee in your place, you must send a correctly completed pro-forma Attendee Substitution Form to the Organiser no later than 5pm on Wednesday 15 May. A charge of $100 + GST applies. Phone substitutions will not be accepted. If proper notification is not provided within this deadline, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse the substitution.
Event program
The Organiser will endeavour to ensure that the published Event program is correct at the time of the actual Event. It may, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, be necessary to alter the program before the Event, and the Organiser reserves the right to do so without notice. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event, in which case full refunds for registrations will be issued to attendees that have paid. Given serious cause outside the Organiser's influence, the Organiser shall not be liable for any direct or indirect costs borne by the registered attendees. In the event of any occurrence not foreseen in these 'Terms and Conditions of Participation', the decision of the Organiser shall be final.Confirmation
Confirmation of your registration for the Event will be sent to you via email by the Organiser once full payment has been received. This e-mail will also become your tax invoice.Privacy Policy
The personal information provided by you will be held on a database by the Organiser. It may also be shared with companies involved in the Organiser's Events. If you do not wish your information to be shared with these companies you may opt out of this during registration.Entry to CeBIT Australia
CeBIT Australia is a trade show and entry is restricted to business people. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to non-business people, such as students and people under 18. Any students undertaking a recognised IT course wishing to attend the CeBIT Australia exhibition should contact the Organiser to pre-arrange student visiting groups. All visitors to CeBIT Australia agree not to attempt to canvass CeBIT exhibitors. Any visitors attempting to canvass exhibitors may be asked to leave. All visitors acknowledge that they may be photographed or filmed by CeBIT Australia's official photographer/videographer, and consent to their image being used in promotional material by CeBIT Australia.Privacy Policy

This privacy statement is designed to provide information about the privacy and data collection practices for the site: www.cebit.com.au.
